Customers may cancel appointments up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full appointment amount.
While we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests within the 12-hour window, we cannot guarantee availability.
INSURANCE
For acupuncture services, we accept certain insurance providers. Please contact us in advance to verify your coverage.
For massage services, we do not accept insurance payments directly. However, upon request, we can provide an itemized invoice for submission to your insurance provider.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
For the safety of our clients and our trained professionals, we ask that you inform us if you are pregnant at the time of booking.
We recommend prenatal massages only after the first trimester.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are refundable if unused within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
All gift certificates expire after one year from the date of purchase and must be used within the valid period.

Customers can manage their marketing preferences through their user profile or by contacting us directly for assistance, including requesting profile deletion.
